Frequently asked questions
A self-scored diagnostic that measures your organization's EX and AI maturity across five pillars - Listen, Design, Enable, Act, and Adapt - resulting in an EX Maturity Index.
This assessment is for both HR leaders who need a benchmark to bring to leadership, and HR practitioners who want to know exactly where to focus next.
About 5 minutes with 23 questions, four answer options each.
Yes, this assessment is free for you to access. After completing the assessment you can share your details (Name, email, etc) with us and the report will be generated for you.
It's designed to be retaken every 6–12 months. Maturity shifts as processes, tools, and team capacity change, and re-scoring is how you track your progress.
Each of the 23 questions has four statements ordered from least to most mature, worth 1 to 4 points. Your answers average into five pillar scores (1.0–4.0 each) and one overall EX Maturity Index (1.0–4.0).
Yes, your report shows both: the raw-score stage and the gated stage, with an explanation of which pillar caused the difference (if any).
Pick the statement that's most often true today, not the exception or the aspiration. If two teams operate differently, answer based on the more common state across the company.
Your EX Maturity Index, a radar chart showing your five pillar scores at a glance, a full pillar-by-pillar breakdown, and a personalized "Recommended Next Steps" section prioritized around your weakest pillar.
They're pulled directly from your specific answers. Your lowest-scoring pillar becomes your focus area, your EX Maturity Index stage determines your organization-wide strategic priorities, and every other pillar gets its own next-step actions based on its individual score.
Yes, you can export your results as a PDF at the end of the questionnaire.
Start with the Priority Focus Area in your report; it's specifically chosen as the highest-leverage fix, not an arbitrary starting point. Trying to improve all five pillars simultaneously usually stalls progress on all of them.
Use the "Strategic Priorities" and "Other Pillars" sections of your report to see where to sustain vs. push further; even Autonomous-stage organizations have pillar-specific next steps.
