Who is Amber?

Amber is an AI-powered conversational EX bot who chats with employees and helps HR leaders hire and retain top talent, and build memorable employee journeys through real-time pulse and actionable insights.

Why would employees talk to a bot?

Amber is highly trained in sentiment analysis and deep learning to communicate in a human way such that it inspires trust and builds a connection. The data she collects is confidential and used solely to help employees in distress. The employees are provided with a link to Amber's 'trust statement' right at the beginning of the conversation, so they know exactly who in the organization has access to their otherwise confidential feedback.

Are employees honest/responsive?

Establishing trust at the workplace is essential and a neutral platform where concerns and feedback can be documented can encourage honest communication for employees. Amber's persona has been built to ensure employees feel they are genuinely interacting with a confidant and can share their honest feedback.

Is Amber EU GDPR compliant?

How long does it take to launch Amber?

From the moment you decide to hire Amber, our Customer Success team will help you with the entire launch process. It takes about 72 hours to launch Amber once all the required information is provided. Our customers usually take a maximum of 14 days to launch Amber organization-wide.

Which questions does Amber ask my employees?

There are ready-made templates for you to pick from or you can customise your own set of questions. The Customer Success team empowers you with an extensive question bank with you, and all you need to do is:
