Where does the data in the report come from?
The report uses publicly available information from sources such as:
- Glassdoor and review sites
- Reddit and public forums
- LinkedIn and careers pages
- Public job descriptions
- Company websites
- AI search and other web signals
The AI synthesizes these sources into actionable insights and recommendations.
How current is the data?
The report reflects the most recent publicly available information at the time of generation. Because we pull live data, each report captures how your culture reads from the outside right now, not a static snapshot from months ago.
How should I use this report?
Use it as a starting point to:
- See which parts of your employee experience are visible from the outside, and how they read
- Spot the gap between the culture you believe you have and the one the outside world reflects back
- Decide where to act first: onboarding, early tenure, manager experience, or the listening-to-action gap
- Open a grounded conversation with your HR leadership and leadership team
Is this a replacement for employee feedback?
No. The report reflects external perception. Employee listening and engagement tools provide insight into internal sentiment. The two are complementary.
How do I generate my report?

How long does it take to generate?
Most reports are ready in 2–3 minutes. The tool is scanning and synthesizing a large volume of public data in real time, so a short wait is normal.
How often should I generate a report?
We recommend rerunning it every few months, or after major culture changes, hiring, or policy initiatives, to track changes in how you are perceived.
Does the tool use private company data?
No. The report is built entirely from publicly available signals. It does not connect to your HRIS, your engagement platform, or any other internal system, and it does not look up private records about your organization.
Can I customize or edit the report?
You choose what it covers. Select the focus areas before you generate, and rerun it with a different selection whenever you like. The generated report itself is fixed, so download the PDF if you want to annotate or excerpt it.
